As atividades visam promover a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o nos Restaurantes-Escola de todo o pa\u00eds, al\u00e9m de celebrar a culin\u00e1ria e cultura regional. Este ano, o Senac Maranh\u00e3o se prepara para a sua sexta participa\u00e7\u00e3o no evento e promete um card\u00e1pio rico e diversificado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os Restaurantes-Escola s\u00e3o estruturas do Senac que t\u00eam o objetivo de fomentar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de teoria e pr\u00e1tica nos cursos de Gastronomia, Turismo e Hospitalidade. Nesses ambientes, os alunos t\u00eam acesso a espa\u00e7os equipados com alta tecnologia, al\u00e9m de terem a oportunidade de viver o dia a dia em uma cozinha profissional. Com influ\u00eancia africana, ind\u00edgena e portuguesa, o tempero local tem caracter\u00edsticas marcantes que lhe concedem singularidade e riqueza. Buscando prestigiar e propagar ainda mais a nossa cozinha, na segunda-feira (11), a equipe do Senac realizar\u00e1 uma aula-show no Centro de Aperfei\u00e7oamento em Gastronomia de Bras\u00edlia.
